TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read the following information carefully. This constitutes an Agreement between You (the "Customer") and Miami Discount Tours LLC.
- On most tours and activities, there is no refund for cancellations. All cancellations must be received by telephone, email, fax, or mail. Should a different policy apply; varying cancellation policies will be noted on the web site on tours/activities where a different policy applies. There is never any refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour/activity date and "no-shows" on the day of the tour/activity. NO REFUNDS ON DEPOSITS | DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
SERVICES PROVIDED:
Miami Discount Tours LLC. provides a ONLINE booking service, and Customer agrees that Miami Discount Tours LLC. has earned the full price of the booking service collected for processing orders whether or not Customer redeems the tickets or uses the tour/activity services requested. Miami Discount Tours LLC. provides booking services and delivers E-Tickets via the Internet, and Customer accepts that this is the service rendered by Miami Discount Tours LLC. Miami Discount Tours LLC. does not sell merchandise; Miami Discount Tours LLC. provides booking services exclusively and is not an operator. In booking tickets, Miami Discount Tours LLC. is acting as an agent for the online customer in obtaining the requested ticket. Once booked, the ticket is the property of Customer. In conformance with the agency agreement herein, Miami Discount Tours LLC. may charge a portion of the total amount you have authorized to be paid to Miami Discount Tours LLC. and may charge the balance of the total amount you have authorized to be paid directly to the supplier and/or operatore selected as an independent operator or providor by Miami Discount Tours LLC. The sole purpose of Miami Discount Tours LLC is to link customers to providers of services and customer needs.
VIDEOS AND PICTURE GALLERIES:
Hosted online videos and picture gallery content on our website are posted for entertainment and illustrative purposes ONLY. Web content is for illustrative purposes and is not necessarily an exact replication and/or description of the actual tour, activity, rental, or otherwise. During special events and holidays all normally available attractions may not be accessible. Miami Discount Tours LLC does in no way infer or otherwise contend that this content is representative of actual tours and activities being booked online. There is no implied affiliation, association, by necessity to the posted content and their respective businesses. In the event that you are not satisfied with the service provided by one of our indendent operators, you must contact and seek remedy with the operator and/or independent contractor directly. While we do everything possible to provide the best service, any and all complaints and|or refund inquiries should be directed to the company providing the service. Booking fees as aforementioned are NOT refundable.
CANCELLATIONS:
- You may also email cancellations by going to our contact form; fax cancellations toll-free to (501) 632-8933. Be sure to include the following: the full name under which the reservation was made, your email address, indicate whether you booked the tour/activity online or by telephone, the date of your tour/activity, the name of the tour/activity that was booked, the date of the credit card transaction (the date you placed your tour/activity order with us), the amount of the transaction, a telephone number where you can be reached if necessary, and a brief explanation of the reason for the credit/cancellation request.
- All cancellations must be made with Miami Discount Tours LLC., not directly with individual suppliers.
- Miami Discount Tours LLC. is not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to cancellations, whether by the Customer or by Miami Discount Tours LLC.
